DAKs is one of the UK’s most quintessentially British luxury labels, specialising in fine tailoring and accessories for both Men and Women. Worldwide, DAKS is exported to 30 countries and sold in over 2,000 speciality shops, major stores and concessions.
The new store at 101 Jermyn Street SW1 in heart of Piccadilly had extensive stone works at the site. First and foremost we supplied in excess of fifty square metres of sandblasted fine grain Moleanos limestone that we mechanically fixed to the front of the shop. We also had to perfectly and symmetrically align 4mm grooves in the stone that gave a unique and artistic effect to the fascia. Internally we laid 110sqm of free issue Johnson & Johnson ceramic tiles. We also did the stairs and cut outs to specification. The job was conducted over a 14 day period and we completed it on time and on budget and to the quality of our clients’ requirements.
