Contact Forms
When you fill in one of our contact, quote or support forms, all of the data you enter into the form — including your name, email address, phone number, physical address and any uploaded project documents such as kitchen plans — is sent to our team via our email service provider, Resend. Resend processes your data and delivers it to our inbox so we can respond to your enquiry. Your form data is not stored in a database on this website. However, a copy of each email, containing all of the data you submitted through the form, is processed and stored on Resend's servers, which are located in the United States.
This processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you and to respond to your enquiry. Resend is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring that transfers of personal data from the UK/EEA to the United States meet the required standards of data protection. For more information, please see Resend's Privacy Policy.
Email logs are accessible in our Resend account for up to 30 days for the purposes of support, delivery verification and troubleshooting.
