Contact Forms
When you fill in one of our contact, quote, support, or trade account forms, all of the data you enter — including your name, email address, phone number, and any text you provide — is sent to our team via our email service provider, Resend. Your form data is not stored in a database on this website.
Where a form allows you to upload files (such as kitchen plans, photos, or supporting documents), those files are attached directly to the email sent via Resend and are not stored separately on our website or any server we control. The files travel with the email to our inbox and are subject to the same handling as all other form data.
A copy of each submission is processed and stored on Resend's servers, which are located in the United States. Resend is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring that transfers of personal data from the UK/EEA to the United States meet the required standards of data protection. Email logs are accessible in our Resend account for up to 30 days for support and troubleshooting purposes. For more information, please see Resend's Privacy Policy.
Spam Protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
All forms on our website are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly spam and bot prevention service. When you submit a form, Turnstile performs a brief verification in the background. This does not require you to solve a CAPTCHA puzzle in most cases.
During this verification, Cloudflare may process certain browser signals (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) for the purpose of confirming you are a real user. This data is processed by Cloudflare Inc. and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. The Turnstile verification script is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com.
Cookies
Our website uses the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies (always active): These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include your cookie consent preference (stored in your browser's local storage under the key
tmg_cookie_consent). No personal data is contained in these. - Analytics cookies (optional — requires consent): If you consent, we load Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect anonymised information about how you use our site — such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data helps us improve the website. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Marketing cookies (optional — requires consent): If you consent, we load the Meta Pixel, which tracks certain actions on our website to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. See Meta's Privacy Policy.
When you first visit our website, a cookie consent banner will appear. You can choose to accept all optional cookies, select individual categories, or use essential cookies only. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon at the bottom-left of any page.
Neither Google Analytics nor Meta Pixel is loaded unless you have given your consent.

We use the following third-party services to operate this website:

Quotes
Information submitted through our quotation forms is used solely to assess your project requirements and prepare an accurate estimate. Your contact details are required so that we can follow up with you regarding your project.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Form submissions delivered via Resend are accessible in our email account for as long as we retain our business email records, and on Resend's servers for up to 30 days for delivery and support purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our own systems and request deletion from Resend where possible.
Your cookie consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage and persists until you clear your browser data or change your preferences.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
